I've
heard that Singing is Easy is the official manual
for the Sing Smart, Not Hard™ Vocal Training
method. What does that mean?
Sing
Smart, Not Hard™ is a revolutionary, solution-oriented
vocal training method created by Yvonne DeBandi.
The method uses systematic, step-by-step singing
lessons (with defined objectives)
and is very effective at quickly developing the
various individual skills associated with singing.
Once each skill is strong enough to do its job,
coordination and application during singing performance
is easy. There are other SingSMART™ Training Tools
available, but the Singing is Easy manual and
audio CDs are the official detailed source.

Absolutely.
The software is designed to suit all of your needs.
The book is provided in .pdf format which means
you need Acrobat Reader to read it. This reader
is provided for free at http://adobe.com.
You download your .pdf files easily by using the MySingerCybergate Download Extras button. This is where you will find your .mp3s, .pdfs and any other related items to the software.
Can
you really learn to sing online or with product
training?

as a singer using a quality online training program.
We can assure you this program provides everything
you need.
~Need
written instruction to help you grasp the concepts?
Got it.
~Need diagrams and pictures to understand how it
works? Got it.
~Need audio instruction because you don't like
to read? Got it.
~Need a variety of vocal exercises to follow your
growth? Got it.
~Need coaching support to help you get past those

Whoever
says you can't learn to sing, or improve your
voice with online training has never tried the
SINGING IS EASY - BASIC FOUNDATION SERIES.
This program has met nothing but success as a
home study program, professional coaching tool,
teaching guide/music curriculum and an online
training course.
What
is the best way to use this singing lessons course?
This
course is loaded with detailed vocal training,
but it is easy to follow and understand.
Each lesson provides you with a foundation concept
that will guide you on your way to being the best
singer you can be. We teach you the concept,
apply it to a specific vocal exercise, and then
work to help you apply those concepts to your
every day singing - no matter what style of music
that may be.
We
suggest you choose at least three songs that you
would like to sing better by the end of this course.
There's a Goal
Worksheet to help you keep track of your progress, and a Vocal
Practice Log to help highlight
areas where you would like to see additional improvement.
Don't forget to use the "Communicate with Coach"
forms provided at the end of each training session.
What
is the difference between the First Edition and
the Second Edition software?
The second edition software
is an update in both information and technology.
The full course instruction has been expanded
to include questions and answers received from
students and additional information on lesson
topics. This software is designed in Macromedia
Flash and is interactive, including quizzes on
vocal mechanic concepts that check your answers
for you! How much do you really know about vocal
mechanics? And Singing is Easy 3.0 will be released by the end of 2011.
Is
it really necessary to do scales and vocal exercises
to sing well?
Yes. Understanding how basic sounds are created,
beyond our spoken language, is imperative. Singers
must condition their voice (and the related muscles)
if they wish to sing well. Just like a runner
must train their bodies to run repeatedly around
the track before the big race; singers must condition
and train their instruments to perform consistently
as well. There are many ways to exercise
and develop your voice. This course is an organized
curriculum designed to make that development easy
and fun! Once you understand what
you are trying to accomplish and why, the actions
don't appear to be so strange or so difficult.
Do
I need a teacher to learn to sing?
Personal training with qualified educators is
never a bad idea and always encouraged. Unfortunately
it is not always easy to find such a teacher and
you must take matters into your own hands. This
course was designed with you in mind.
You will learn to become accountable for your
own vocal development. This easy step-by-step
method allows every singer to develop their optimal
singing voice. Different exercise variations
are provided to accomodate all singing skill levels
and ranges.
